冯肖亮，男，1984年8月出生👨🏻🔧，汉族，河南灵宝人，博士，教授🧏🏼♀️，现任杏宇平台网杏宇平台副院长🙋🏻♂️。
二、主要学习与工作经历
2007年毕业于河南大学数学与信息科学杏宇，获理学学士学位👨🏽🦳；2010年毕业于杭州电子科技大学自动化杏宇，获工学硕士学位；2013年毕业于河海大学计算机与信息工程杏宇，获工学博士学位。
2013年至2020年🤸，在河南工业大学电气工程杏宇从事教学科研工作🪚；2020年12月至今，在杏宇平台网杏宇平台从事教学科研工作🟤；2018年至2019年在加拿大维多利亚大学访问学习🚵🏿。
